LOCATIONS

 You may use the Salon Locator service to find your closest salon. Currently there are over 25,000 stylists in our Salon Locator database. You can also find our products at your local JCPenny Hair Salons. Please call to ensure they have your desired product in stock.

At this time, we do not ship internationally, but plan to provide this service in the near future.

Some of the salons listed in our Salon Locator only use the professional line of products. Conversely, there are some salons listed that only sell our retail line of products. Please call to confirm that the services or retail products are provided.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

At this time we only process VISA, American Express and MasterCard credit cards and bank debit cards. We apologize, but we do not process gift cards or pre-paid bank cards..

SHIPPING

 You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive via the shipping confirmation. 

 The delivery method you choose will determine the length of time it will take the shipment to reach its final destination once it is shipped from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. All products are shipped from Decatur, Georgia.

Most deliveries are handled by UPS. FedEx and USPS will sometimes be used depending on the final destination.
